ROCK POOL PENDANT - PROJECT SHEET
Download this PDF guide to make this pendant at home. The project comes as a PDF document for you to print out and includes full instructions with photos and a template sheet for the shapes and design elements.
This shadow box style pendant is inspired by sunny beach walks and sandy rock pools. Combine simple techniques and sweat soldering to create a rock pool pendant with your choice of cut shapes and wire formed elements. Create your very own mermaid treasure and incorporate shapes and inspiration from your favourite beach holiday.
TIPS• Lay your design out before you start cutting your metal to make sure all your elements sit well together - take a photo of the design so you can recreate it.
• Finish and sand all the different elements before you solder them together for a neater and more refined result.
• If you haven’t sweat soldered before, do some practices pieces to get the hang of it before tackling the main project.
