DRAGON BRACELET - PROJECT SHEET
A repeated link bracelet with an optional decorative clasp. You can choose to keep your bracelet smooth and sleek or add a decorative dragon head to mark 2024 as of the year of the dragon. This project will reply on accurate piercing and sweat soldering skills and the basic design is easily adapted to your own ideas and inspiration.
To complete this project you will need:
MATERIALS
•Sheet metal 0.7mm - 1mm: silver, gold, brass or copper would all be suitable.
TOOL KIT ESSENTIALS• Drill with 1mm bit or hole punch pliers
• Piercing saw, bench peg and saw blades. 3/0 or 2/0
• Needle files -a small flat and a half round are essential. A barrette and a round file are useful
• Emery paper in 800 and 1000 grit• Double sided tape
• Planishing hammer
• Soldering kit
• Round nose pliers
• Flat nose pliers
• Polish and finishing media
