Refreshments: Tea, coffee and cake will be available. We use oat milk in our tea and coffee but you are welcome to bring alternatives if you prefer.

Getting here: The class will be held at Nottingham Jewellery School workshop. Unit 28, Block D, Hartley Business Centre, Ellesmere Crescent, Carrington, Nottingham.

If you are coming by bus, take numbers 15, 16 or 17 from Waitrose on Milton Street to the Teesdale Road stop. It's about a ten minute journey. When you get off the bus, carry on in the same direction til you get to the junction with Haydn Road. (Do not go up the steps and into block A of the Hartley Centre - we are a bit further on). At the junction turn left, keep going past the furniture shop and the Potters House Church. Take the first left at the Mythos Greek Deli, opposite the Nottingham Free School, onto Ellesmere Crescent, walk right to the back toward the cliff face.

If you are coming by car we are just off Haydn Road, next to the Robin Hood Gymnastics Centre. Use the postcode NG5 1DX in your satnav. There is plenty of free onsite parking. You can park anywhere on the business park but it does get busy at times. You can also pack on the street in the surrounding area.

You will find block D at the back of Ellesmere Crescent on the left. Go through the blue gates and you will see a door labelled MAIN ENTRANCE on the right (hopefully with a sign pointing you in the right direction), through the door and up the stairs to the second floor. At the top of the stairs, turn right and then left down the corridor, through the blue double doors  in the corridor and you should see our workshop from there.

If you need to access the lift please get in touch so we can give you further information.

What to wear: The workshop can be chilly so please wear layers and warm socks. Please make sure you are not wearing loose clothes, scarves or jewellery. Long hair must be tied back and you must wear solid shoes which cover your feet. Aprons, gloves, eye and ear protection will be available but again feel free to bring your own if you prefer. If you wear glasses to see close up please bring them with you.

Health and Safety: We'll be working with some sharp, hot, acidic and heavy tools. Nothing hugely dangerous but worth taking care. We will do a full health and safety induction at the start of the workshop.

Tools and Materials: All tools and equipment are provided. Please bring your own materials, a small selection will be available to buy in the workshop.
